Unable to see the transaction list while creating Processing Rule

Hi All,

When I am trying to create Processing rule and trying to map the created transaction for the Rule, am getting the below error(Version is MII 15.0).

[C000C0A8806C277B0000000200000B80] Folder list cannot be loaded.

Can anyone please help me on the same.
